Good luck with the adjustment from pleasant weather to the hell that is Phoenix. If you make it through to October, you'll be rewarded.
Not sure if it's your thing or not, but the first weekend in April is Phoenix Pridefest in Central Phoenix. It's actually not bad given how conservative the entire state is.I am the only person responsible for making myself fat. I am the only person responsible for making myself un-fat.

Woohoo! What's up everybody. Just thought I would pop in real quick. Still training 5 days a week right now. I am starting to get visable ab lines and oblique muscle can be seen. chest has grown a half inch in the past month. Been pretty happy about things. Had a good date with a guy the other day so things are looking up. He's 40 though.. heh... Also started dragging a girl friend of mine to the gym with me and she's been a trooper.. though I don't know how much she likes me after yesterday... abs and back day lol... she whines less than her boyfriend which is funny as hell. Going to the gym today for chest day. >w< I am so pumped!!!
Just started my fitness blog. Check it out :D tumblr - search eyroasi :)

This has been posted here before but he is now doing a Kickstarter fund raiser to produce and album. It only has a couple of days left to sign on. I always regretted that I didn't sign up for the Bridegroom documentary.

Hello!
Hello! My names Wilfredo and I've been lifting for approximately a year and three months. I've currently lost 50 lbs and am working on reducing my body fat percentage at the moment. My kind of not measurable goals are to lean down, improve my strength, and increase my overall size. Smoe measurable goals would be to compete in the future. If ya have any questions let me know, don't know what all to say here but hi!

This is usually my reasonablol province, but I think I need some help here.
I have to appear in front of a camera in two months, in the nude. Naturally I want to tighten up a bit so I look my best. No one wants to watch fatguy porn. My stomach is flat but no visible abs, though the ribs are showing some. My muscles are certainly visiblol to some degree, but I don't think I have enough to make an effective cutting routine. Any suggestions?
Edit: I'm going to post an edited version of this in the misc. We'll see how much hell I catch, lol.The thing I like least about the treadmill is that I can't run from my farts. -- Source unknown

Hello all, I'm 27, 230, 5' 8", BMI is ~34, far west Chicago burbs, and I'm a complete noob to the site. I have been slowly gaining weight since I was 18 and 155. For some reason, it has always been a steady gain and never leveled off or lost even a few pounds. The last time I really did any physical activity or sports was swim team for one season when I was 16. I do walk a fair bit for work, and rarely ever drink soda, just water. I have never had a personal trainer, workout bud, or even stepped foot in a gym for that matter. I've talked to coworkers who go to the gym, but they all say they do their own thing and can't really help me. That, plus the intimidation of just going has really held me back from trying anything.
I'm hoping by reaching out on this forum I can find a workout bud or two who can help me reach my goals of losing about 60 lb and eventually gaining some muscle as well. I miss the days when I was 155 and not catching hell from people calling me fat-ass and crap like that, plus it would be nice to not have to buy a new pair of jeans every couple months, haha. Of course, I don't have much up on my profile yet because I haven't started anything. Any and all hell/advice is greatly appreciated!

Welcome Diesel164, even without a workout partner you can accomplish your goals. There are many start-up workout routines on this site that can get you started on the right track. You can also find some nutritional guidelines to help you with your goals. Your goals may change from becoming a lean muscle body to a thick muscled beast, it's all good. Much success on your journey.
