Good on ya Misti. My philosophy these days is "just keep doing the workouts and keep the diet clean. The results will take care of themselves."
I've only been in the gym once since the cruise because of Thanksgiving's crazy schedule and this week I've been sick. But now my shoulder is REALLY bothering me. Funny how it gets worse when I don't work out.

Matt and I have more dates coming up. Today we'll go to the city market. Tomorrow we get together for lunch between church servixes and he's coming to our cantata performance at evening worship. I really dig this guy mucho, and I think my feelings might be reciprocated. Maybe this time.

Have switched up my workouts...My wo partner has been told by med pros that he needs to stop with the heavy weights, so we are both doing more reps and more sets with lower weights...better for his heart and better for both of our joints...still getting a tough workout....

Thanks guys.
It was a good weekend for us. The luncheon went pretty fast, so we decided to take a nature walk. It was a nice warm day at 62 degrees F, but he wore me out! The cantata went over well, and made lots of happy people. Matt was anxious about standing out at a foreign church, but his worries went for nothing.
Right after the show, I had to leave for a chamber choir rehesral. Too much music, and damn exhausting. I was beyond beat when I got home at 9:30 - twelve hours exactly after I left. Whew! Got some nice pictures too.The thing I like least about the treadmill is that I can't run from my farts. -- Source unknown

Yeah, a briks walk. We came across a very difficult country. My knees are still kinda sore. I don't think he's ready for that. Nor am I. How do we increase our sexual chemistry? Hmm...

Ok, so it has been months since I replied to this thread. First off, I want to thank everyone for their words of encouragement back when I first posted. I wish guy's in NC were as friendly and encouraging as you lot.
Secondly, it has been 4 months since I have been in the gym, and i'm itching to get back. My questions for you guys are as follows. My short term goal is to get back down to 168. I'm 5'11. Once I get back to that weight, I want to bulk up to 185, but no more than 195.
What would you guys recommend for a fat loss program? And what would you suggest for muscle building, including supplements?
And lastly, are there any guys on here in Gastonia, NC that are looking for a work out partner near the Ultimate Fitness on Franklin?
Hope everyone had a great week!

So is that your purpose to come in here and stir up ****? Is who you are attracted to a choice? If you like the rules of engagement better for gays, could you choose to like da cock?
Who you are attracted to is not and never will be a choice. What you do about it is?You can, and need to find a ground that you know you are suppose to stand on.. hence, stand your ground, this is the place where you know everything is as it should be for you. If you stand in a place where you know in your heart things are wrong, most things around you will never be right.
Rule number one, never work at being what another man defines as being "honorable", Honorable is is being true to what you know and and doing what you know is right for you..
