    Rotator Cuff?

    I think I have a rotator impingement on my left deltoid. I can't do anymore pressing movements. Yes I go heavy and I do not warm up it's my fault I am paying this now. I laid off pressing movements nearly for 1.5 weeks and I am still in pain. I mean it does not hurt me when I am relaxed but if I try to do easy weight military i can hear it clicking and hurting my left deltoid. Any suggestions

    How do you know you have shoulder impingement?

    Did you get a proper physical test done to determine this?

    If money is no object for you then physiotherapy will help more then just what you are able to do for yourself. The person I see for my right shoulder see's a lot of people with shoulder issues and is very helpfull in increasing my range, stablility and decreasing my pain.

    This is by far the best thing I've ever started doing for my rotator cuff period.

    I have the exact. same. thing. same arm to. And knock on wood it hasn't hurt or happened since. Been doing them for about 2 months now and it is an absolute staple, I do it prior if im working any upper body part.

    50 reps
    1-2 sets gradually up to 3.

    “Man – He sacrifices his health in order to make money.
    Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
    And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present;
    the result being that he does not live in the present or the future;
    he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”
