cook the oats first, then stir in a scoop. I do 1 scoop per 80g oats. Sometimes i add blueberries or strawberries in too

Trutein Cinnabun > Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl

IMO, Cellucor is a little too thin for my liking which makes the taste seem thinner(dunno if that made sense?)

Thats because Trutein is 40% Casein and 20% Egg which will yield a thicker protein powder. Cor-Performance is a basic whey blend that does not contain thicker protein's such as Trutein hence why trutein is thicker. Since the whey is "Thinner" you will have to use a bit less water/milk in a protein shake to guage your overall taste. Both get great reviews some say one is better than the other but in your case you enjoy thicker protein's so you found what works for you.

GNC is better on some things at sometimes because they do have sales...but we're talking $1-2 for the product. overall I agree

oh yeah, you ever come across the GNC stuff about to expire and its good day. iv walked out with 6lbs of powder for 21$ before.

Fine by me plenty ofindividuals state they prefer cellucor over trutein and plenty of reviews show it (not to mention its a greater seller in the store ) everyone has their own personal opinion. You will also see those who like trutein compared to cellucor that's just their 2 cents

You can make some really macro friendly nobake choc banana oat cookies. Add in some PB if you have the calories. Best thing I did with that flavor, IMO. One of truteins weaker ones. Choc strawberry was disappointing until I made poverty sludge with it. By far, the best poverty sludge I've had

Yeah I wasn't expecting so much banana flavoring but it's still better than a lot of others I've had. I'm glad it was free, none the less.. They are doing away with CCB and CCS for new flavas

Yeah the banana flavoring tasted like Runts, which I dislike that banana(most banana candy is pretty gross, imo). Other than cookies, it tasted best with oats. Something about oats mellows out strong flavored protein.

I've been taking Dymatize Elite XT for quite awhile now. A pretty decent protein blend that I mix with either water or milk.

I've tried the Rich Chocolate but my favorite is the banana nut. love it.
