Just finished my tub of BPI Super Pro Cookies and Cream. Just average. It wasn't very strong in oats or Greek yogurt. Taste wise was best as a shake but didnt mix all that well. Not worth 190 cals a scoop. Won't buy again. 6/10

WOW. Trutein has come through again with a kick ass flavor. Made it with half glass of whole milk and it tastes like liquid pumpkin pie. Smells like pumpkin spice. This makes the other flavors taste average and that's impossible to do.

Even my mom and gf wants me to order each of them a tub! And they don't even drink protein. lol.

I tried protean red velvet and barely finished the tub. On the other hand I blindly ordered 10 tubs of this, and wish I had ordered more!

So for your consumers that's 5 weeks still not in the store when you said it would be bck and there has been no word from Greg until the other day. That is poor customer satisfaction regarding the situation and you knowing the stance being the head rep

I had already posted my feelings about the matter here, and Greg has kept everyone up to speed with his post here. If you look through the comments on the ******** page regarding the stock at bb.com, you will see that every fan is psyched about what's to come. In the forum, there will unavoidably be affiliates and allies of competing companies who are exasperated by Trutein's prosperity. I'm more acquainted with you and I like you more than them, which is why I hold you to a higher standard of dignity and character. The company's advancement over the past year has been remarkable. Even in the chats with bb.com's customer service that have been posted in the forum, Motivation Mark of bb.com said, "I know that the Trutein is super popular and is a great protein," and Brawny Brock said, "I love trutein." The company is rapidly growing and expanding production to bring customers a larger supply, which is nothing but good news for fans. There is no limit to what TNS will accomplish once they are fully operational, and if you look on the company website, factory renovations will be complete Jan. 14. New products, new Trutein flavors, expo presence, shirts, maybe a TNS blimp. Those are just a few of the key elements on the agenda for 2013.

Well then that makes sense then, I had no idea what was going on because i never saw you post regarding the situation and i kept hearing this week, this friday etc etc etc.

This turned down a lot of your consumers and turned away a lot of people from your brand with the mis-information, the handling of the O-Ring Situation and now the massive backorder where bb.com would provide you very good sales and marketing for your product with reviews/samples etc that you have done.

Taking that away for one of the busiest times of the year to buy supplements (around the holidays with good deals) really limited your sales and potential for future sales with taking away consumers because of the false information and bad customer service in the process.

Even if TNS had a dozen reps delivering the same information, do you think hecklers would cease to exist in the forum? For many people, internet forums are nothing more than a place to tease and torment others (who are complete strangers). I do not take offense to it, and if the forum were just serious business, it wouldn't be as fun anyways. Moreover, consumers weren't turned away. They were wise enough to simply get Trutein from somewhere else. Also, stating that someone has been displeased with customer service is a flat-out lie. TNS is often praised as having excellent customer service, and the owner personally handles nearly all customer service matters. I regularly speak to people about the service they have received, and they are fully satisfied. No one who has dealt with customer service would call it "bad customer service." Finally, there are not many owners of supplement companies that will come to this forum and answer questions directly, yet you expect it from TNS. Greg visits the forum to maintain friendly relations with customers, which is just another way that TNS goes beyond the the standard.

Again BTL i respect you, but somtimes you stretch the truth just a bit too much and the post's show it and the evidence is in previous threads.
Again i like trutein, and i do use trutein, and i will be placing up some recipes when i get my Cinnabun and Banana Cream in, but there have been some issues. I really think that these last 6 weeks where you continued to say that it would be in stock and it has not been really turned others away because of what was in the store and where your sales were going, with it gone it hurt you guys a little bit and I think until you get back (which is hopefully soon) TNS will be on a little downward slope until then being this is one of your major marketing spots for your product. That is what i am trying to get across. I really hope to see you guys expand in the future with new flavors, because the limited runs are showing good success and outstanding feedback. Pumpkin Pie will blow people away.

This is bb.com and you are trying to tell people to buy elsewhere, that would be advertising competitors which is a banable offense.(Company Rep Rules)

People Finding those black O-Rings in their tubs of protein powder and claiming that was ok? That seemed a little off beat.

their extreme milk chocolate is good, enjoyed CnC as well. Giant sports vanilla is better than this though, but for a pure whey this aint bad. Im a broscientist so I prefer whey post workout (serious)
