Yeah 10:30 is a good time to be there, if I go between 7p-9p it becomes some sort of easter egg hunt looking for the DBs. I was there at 3.30 for leg day, its a good time to do it as there is no one on the squat rack.

What is your opinion of that place? They need to figure out how to clean up the damn towels before it looks like a 12 year old girls bedroom.

At least the bleached blond at the front desk is nice.....

I like the gym overall. Needs another power rack though. Towel situation sucks during peak hours, but it's okay when I go. I don't get why so many guys have problems putting the towels in the provided bins instead of leaving them on the floor. I suppose they have messy homes too

There's a couple of cute front desk chicks but most of the time they're gossiping among themselves, or folding towels

With my current schedule and routine, yes 4 days a week. On Sunday I'm there around 4 pm. In a few weeks, I'll revert back to my normal schedule, where I hit that gym twice a week at night.
