Bump, anybody train at any 24 hour fitness' in the East Bay area(NorCal) ?

I'm starting bodybuild training again [been powerlifting/strength training for almost 8 months] and looking for a training partner who also is looking to basically bodybuild.

I will most likely be training 6 days a week on a 3on/1off routine hitting every muscle group twice a week,except Calves/Abs most likely every single day. Main goal is to get back to 210+ pounds and start training for muscularity rather than strength again as I found I really don't like the results of strength training.

I'm also looking for a training partner in the East Bay who is interested in bodybuilding as well. Don't currently have a membership since I train at UC Berkeley, but I will go to 24 Hour Fitness on Webster in Oakland when I join. Where do you train at?

Lol I was pretty beat this morning too. Don't know how I got up for a session. It was fun today! Surprisingly not crowded. i'm glad they added padding to the bobsleds, still pretty rough though. We're doing Halloween horror nights tomorrow, never done it before. You working the weekend?

Water was in the mid 60's so it wasn't anything to complain about wearing a suit.
I was in the surf team in high school and college so I'm used to surfing in the cold.
Yeah, people from the East coast think I'm crazy catchin wave's in the middle of December but when they realize our weather here is almost in the 70's year round they get envious, LOL.

That's cool brah a surf team in HS, awesome, surfing always looked cool, and fun. Though, I always thought its a hobby that could get a bit expensive to start. Plus I didn't know anyone else interested, or that always already into it. I know more people into kayaking. lol. Yea our weather this year has been especially crazy I think this year. I thought our summer was pretty 'cool' (temperature wise) for the most part and so far 'fall' has been very very warm. So perfect weather for the most part! Surf on brah!

BLM land, if you don't want to worry at all about ranges, but if you're in the East Bay its pretty damn far away. I'm in the South Bay and it takes about 1.5 hours to get there. You might try looking up BLM lands east of you though.

Is this anywhere near the one on 21st? I usually lift either in the city or further east of the bay early mornings but am looking to start coming to a location around here on weekend nights. Interested in a training partner if there's any of you out there. Could use some help filming some training for my YouTube as well and I'd put you in the vids if your comfortable doing so.
