We need a new ideology with the core values of reason, honesty, science and secular progress over the older traditions of religion, superstition and dogmatic faith that have long defined humanity. We will never be free to progress and advance until the last stone from the last church is cast down onto the last priest. And every equivalent.

well his numbers have to be at least 520, 400, 280 = 1200
pretty impressive/10, what bodyweight
guaranteed you havent actually tried to fall asleep early, you just choose to stay awake until late. eliminate as much light as you can an hour before you want to sleep, and take 3 melatonin pills (do that for a week to help augment your re setting of your circadian clock). and set your alarm for 9 hours ahead and dont sleep past that.
light activates (light from LCD screens is included and potent) specialized receptors in your eyes that signal the pineal gland in your brain to suppress melatonin production and signals your body to stay awake. You need to give yourself physiological cues that it is time for sleep so no light lol. that will naturally increase your level of fatigue/tiredness and just lay in bed and you WILL fall asleepThink you of the fact that a deaf person cannot hear. Nowhere near where they should be, lower back is fuked to hell and back because of a bad injury 3 years ago so I cant dead/squat much. bench is terrible because right wrist is as strong as glass, so I usually use dumbells.
Deadlift probably somewhere naer 350x1, squat 315x1, bench i use dumbells, 100s for 5

Sup brahs,
I am moving to Vancouver Sept 1st. Looking for some roommates to split rent / share protein shake recipes / maybe throw a few parties with. Looking at downtown, Kitsilno, Point Grey, South Granville, or UBC area.
I'm 22 years old and will likely be taking a few additional courses at UBC to get additional prerequisites for the field I want to go into, but I will already have an undergrad when I move over to Van.
PM me or post here if u know of anyone looking for a roommate.
in be4 beginning of Vancouver Misc House.

Brahs does anyone know that feel when cutting and no additional arm definition is showing despite weight loss? I have been cutting and the only place I have been losing fat is in my abdominal region and quads. My arms look like uncut sausages though unless I am lifting + pumped in which case they look like sickening shred monsters. But lettuce be cereal for the summer, what really counts is how you look out of the gym.
Not really sure if this is just my bodytype or if I'm just not lean enough. Thoughts?Think you of the fact that a deaf person cannot hear. Then what deafness may we not all possess? ~ Dune

Wrecked how?
I've torn both my acls and am lined up for reconstruction surgery in September.
Obviously you've found out by now, your family doctor will do next to nothing for you. Has he even made a slight diagnosis to what it could be? Requested an MRI?
That's essentially the only important part. If you have torn ligaments or meniscus, get your doctor to refer you to a specialist in these kinds of injuries, someone with a sports medicine background, it's likely the specialist will refer you to an accredited physical therapist as well. It's a snowball experience really.
I'm with Dory Boyer, out of RCH, really well thought of in BC, if you can get a referral to him, I would recommend it.

Mine sent me for x-ray ( i asked why he said its a pre req to mri) aswell as blood test (pre req for mri) this was 3-4 weeks ago. i had garenteed 2 day results and they still arnt doing sht
ive torm my mcl before, let it heal by itself (took 3 years was stupid) this ones more weird, hurts kind of under the kneecap, no swelling, cant bend knee past 90(suuper tight) its also super loose and now is hurting alot more when moving itMWC - Never forget

Neither an X-ray or a blood test are 'required.' The X-ray assists in being able to make a sound diagnosis, the blood test just seems necessary, I've never had mine tested and I've been in for two separate MRIs.
Make an appointment with your physician for the sole purpose of getting him to either A. refer you to an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports injuries, or B. schedule an MRI.
I'd tell him to do both anyway.
Surgeons have a pretty minimal wait time if they want an MRI done for a surgery so you might be better requesting one through that route, but sometimes to get in to see a surgeon can be a wait in and of itself so it's a bit of a toss up.
Sounds likely that you could have some meniscus tearing, even the PCL? I think it's called? Strange that you have no swelling.
I'm only semi knowledgeable in regards to the ligaments I've actually destroyed myself though ...so really push for an MRI regardless of who it's through, that way you can atleast figure out what's wrong with it so you can make a decision about the situation.

SFU brahs, do you have to be declared as a major in a faculty to take 400 level classes? I still havent taken stats which is a 200 level class and a requirement to declare my major in psych so I'm wondering if I can still take 400 level classes???
