I cook liquid egg whites , I buy them in the cartons at my grocery store. Yeah they are so much better then all that cracking and splitting egg yolks and stuff lol.

It's funny you posted this because I just bought my first few cartons of liquid egg whites the other day. Definitely a lot easier and cheaper than having to buy a few dozen eggs and separate them all. Haven't tried them raw yet but I would say give it a go. They say the raw form of foods retain their proteins much better than the cooked form.

Just make sure they're pasteurized, other wise they should be cooked.

    Eggwhites are always liquid ?

And they are better cooked.. I used to drink 'em straight up and stopped after some time.. Takes 5 minutes to cook and 5-10 to eat you won't save that much time.

You actually save a lot of time. Only takes 30 seconds to pour into a cup and drink it. Tastes like nothing too...sweet deal.

I choose to eat mine, but mainly for satiety reasons. I've consumed them in liquid form before when I was really in a pinch for nutrients.

I'm not 100% sure about just the whites, but you can scramble an egg in the microwave in 60 seconds.
