    How many grams/milligrams I should put on a 1 cup of water?

    I wouldn't exceed 6-800mg in a day, and I have a high tolerance

    Cool! I'll use my wife's weighing scale. I'll start first with 100mg. I just read scary stories like students taking it at 2g.

    By the way, my wife laughs hard at me when I make coffee. I only put tiny scoop(maybe 1/8 of a teaspoon) of coffee. When I mix it, the color is even lighter than McDonald's sweet tea.

    I would like to know the feeling when caffeine starts to take in effect. What is that feeling?

    I've probably dabbled in the range around 800mg/day, at which point its really just the point of diminishing returns, with absolutely no effects other than feeling poopy. Good idea to start with 100mg and see how it goes; the less it takes, the longer it'll last ya

    Caffeine is a CNS stimulant...one feels...stimulated?

    Its just a quick shot of energy. Start with a smaller dose if you are more comfortable with that and ease your way up.

    You basically feel energetic put simply. Your heart rate might go up and you might feel a bit jittery at first. I know with some pre-workout supps I've taken it gives you a tingly feeling throughout your body, but I highly doubt just 100mg of caffeine would give that effect.
