Body Solid Bench good?
Found this bench for a great price, is this a good quality bench? Also, is this site legitimate? $205.00

i'd go with a separate bench and squat rack, more configuration with it.
btw jesup gym has it for a bit cheaper as well 172.80

My scale says I'm bulking
Best Fitness is like the low end of Body Solid's lineup. So that price is probably correct.

For the most part Body Solid makes quality equipment, but they also have different levels of their equipment and this bench looks like it might be a lighter-duty bench.

Home gym 'til I die.
Its just my opinion, but I tend to steer away from any bench with a leg extension attachment on it. Especially the cheaper ones, I wish they would put the materials and work time into building a solid bench instead.
Like I said OP, its just my opinion, but I think you can do better with your money.

Where are you located? There's a guy not far from here (Atlanta area) looking to sell a Powertec narrow olympic bench with the "wide" crossbar and add-on leg extension setup for $100. I was going to pick it up, but I really don't have the room for it.
He's had it for sale for a while now with no takers, so he'd probably come down a bit to get rid of it.

Use the college's weight facility. Even if you live at home and commute to classes......just stay on campus to train.
