    What always worked for me was hanging leg raises with a medicine ball between my feet/knees.

    Try laying on a fully raised decline bench and raise your chest to your knees with a 25-35-45 plate and your abs will be dead, this is my best exercise for lower abs

    Abs are made in the kitchen bro. also never bring chest to legs bring legs to chest so no sit ups just do hanging leg raises and calisthentics for a chiseled six pack.
