Good luck with the combine

Thanks bro. I'm kind of scared to do 1on1's since there will be a bunch of skilled recievers. The 8th grade bench I 135 so I just have to rep out 135. I'll get that like 5 reps.

Tuesday- Did speed work on the agility ladder one-tap, two-tap, lateral shuffle, 1 in 1 out drill, and other things on the agility ladder. Then I ran with a resistance parachute for 4 sets and 4 without it on and I worked on 40 starts and pro agility starts (lots of other random cone drills and things to help with speed). I felt really faster after running all of these I actually have decreased my 40 time by doing alot of these things and i've only done them for a month.
Then after speed work I did legs:
Squats-
Barx10
95x6
115x6
135x6
155x6
165x5
185x5
Then step ups with heavy kettle bells 12 each leg 4 sets.
Then we did something with the resistance bands that works your hamstrings (Cant really explain)
Great workout. Rested today and working on speed tomorrow + chest.

How was the shower? Help with recovery and do you know the site where you got the stretches from?
