Good luck with the combine

Thursday did lots of bench press and friday did lots of deadlifting (last Thursday and Friday). I am going to keep logging everything I'm just so busy with school work and what not. I am doing chest today so I'll try to log it
Tuesday- Did speed work on the agility ladder one-tap, two-tap, lateral shuffle, 1 in 1 out drill, and other things on the agility ladder. Then I ran with a resistance parachute for 4 sets and 4 without it on and I worked on 40 starts and pro agility starts (lots of other random cone drills and things to help with speed). I felt really faster after running all of these I actually have decreased my 40 time by doing alot of these things and i've only done them for a month.
Then after speed work I did legs:
Then step ups with heavy kettle bells 12 each leg 4 sets.
Then we did something with the resistance bands that works your hamstrings (Cant really explain)
Great workout. Rested today and working on speed tomorrow + chest.
After my workout on Thursday (can't list way to much stuff) took a contrast shower. This weekend Im resting so yesterday I did alot of stretching before bed and this morning I did alot of stretching. I looked up the stretches, it's stretches for athletes in the morning and before bed.
Couldn't go to the gym for the past fees days haven't felt well just started back up yesterday and I couldn't go to the gym due to being busy. I worked out in my garage yesterday.
