I'm having a hard time lowering tolerance for caffeine because i'm always so busy and when i try to take lower amounts of it i'm very sluggish.
Currently taking 600-900mgs a day depending if its workout day.
My Plan of action since slowly lowering dosages has not worked is...
week 1 : 300 mg + low dosage of ********
week 2: 200 mg + low dosage ********
week 3: only caffeine on workout days(1 scoop rather than 2 ) + lower dosage ********
Week 4: Start back up with caffeine
Is this seem okay? Ive has ******** before and have not gotten addicted
inb4 do it *******

wow 600-900 bro
bro 250-400mg of caffeine affect the fuark out of me
recently reading up about caffeine (since im stopping use of it around 300mg), that you should go half a cup of coffee a day to quit and thats just so you dont get headaches
wo just read that you want to start back up with caffeinne at week 4.. i would suggest taking a full time out ..
caffeine on only workout days 3, 4, or 5 days a week is even ALOT.
after hindering your caffeine down alot (less then 300mg) i would stop for a while man.. is sluggish the only negative
if so just stop on a weekend or holiday and enjoy lots of bed rest

well whats your history with adderal, is it even yours or a friends?
if the ******** will provide you with positive (getting through caffeine addiction) and no negatives then I would say use in small amount to get through the hump. but be careful
also i highly suggest looking into a stimulant free preworkout, there is many great ones. i actually have 2 stim free products coming that i will combine together, still giving me good workouts hopefully. products i have coming are 'Clout' and Body Octane both by MAN and sold here on bb
gl bro one day at a time

Obviously lowering your caffeine here is key, but I'd also suggest some supplements to help rebalance your neurotransmitters in the morning to help ease the sluggishness without caffeine.
Your two best bets here are:
Rhiodola
and
Holy Basil
Give those a shot, they should help.
And why so much ********!?!?!
