Made some gains this past month, (added 1/2 inch, looking to 17.5 - 18, 10% BDF. By end of May) hopefully by fall (18.5- 19" mid December) another goal.

Bit blurry, but looks like a strong peak. Where they at now? and if possible a shot with a tape it will quite the na sayers
17 3/4, on a warm day maybe more, LoL ( in pic they are cold, if that matters at all ) going to start a cut in a couple of weeks, so i anticipate a bit of a drop. But arms have always responded well with the higher ranges and i usually can make up some gains. By Sept. I will hit them hard again, and see what happens, Oh!!!! I can only imagine what the gallery will say?

I thought this was going to be the 1800lb video. I don't think it is likely, but am rooting for you. Anyways, congrats on the milestone, although I'm not sure what it is. You got to add more to the posts, we can't read brain waves through our computer screens.
I thought I found his vid. Here is a 1800lb leg press. And even though this guy squats 740 at 1:20 mark (nice clean form).... his "reps" with 1800lbs are 1/8th reps at best. (5:00 min mark for leg press).
Dude is obviously strong, but I am not sure there is much value to the 1800lb presses? His squat is legit though....
But Powernpain should have at least a 700lb squat in him. Cant wait to see that vid.
[edit} I forgot to post the vid!!!

Where would you estimate your bodyfat % to be right now?
Bounce around 13, some weeks are cleaner than others, but i have been consistently dropping weight and still keeping the size. a couple more weeks to go and then the diet will have to tighten up, hope to keep most of the size.
