pre contest ph's

Hi all im new here. to give u some background im 5'8 181@ 9% bf. iv competed 4 times and the 5th is coming up. iv ran several cycles of ph's before for bulking but never done a cycle right before a contest. im wondering if any of you have ever done this with success and what u used. my goals for this are to just maintain my muscle in the last few weeks and get the dry/veiny look iv got from past cycles.

my advice would be to ask this question in another section. Most competitors in this section are natural and you probably won't get much feedback.
