For shoulders do (shoulder dumbell press) and (shrugs) they give you that bulky look up top, and for back focus more on workouts like lat pulldown, dumbell rows, and using versa grips/hooks are a great choice since u got that extra support for pulling exercises which help you focus on muscles not on gripping since the grips give you that assistance already all your focus will be on the pulling part which directly hits your back muscles....hope u get the idea

When comes to cutting u should calculate your macros, go on google and search the calorie calculator and put your information such as your weight, height, how many days you train etc. then it will give you the amount of calories you need daily for maintainance, soo then you aim for less calorie intake since its cutting phase...eat healthy such as egg whites, lean turkey, grilled chicken, brown rice, etc. watch your sugars, and go easy on carbs...Running is important and supply yourself with BCAAs they help retain your muscles soo u dont loose muscle mass when doing cardio exercises...keep it simple and you'll see change just keep your protein levels high and calories low-average with less carbs
