    My next creatine purchase...

Just finished up a tub of creapure from mypro...

    Wondering what to order next...

    1. some more creapure (boring but effective + tested)
    2. CEE (some positive tests some negative tests + seems to be a lot of possitive reviews on it)
    3. Kre Alkaline (having heard much about this one...)

so yeh any arguments as to which one would be best?
    thanks

    Those are 3 types.

As far as I know, the last two types are only made by the brands I stated.

CEE doesn't do jack ****. Kre-Alk is overpriced creatine mono with tums essentially.

Bets for what? If you respond to CM, then just keep buying creapure.

And your info about CEE is way off base. I'd scratch CEE off your list entirely. Also, KA is pretty hyped but if you respond to CM, then KA is a waste of money for you IMO.

CEE has 0 effect on Plasma creatine levels, IE. It doesnt work

    Creature is solid.

I prefer Creatine Nitrate or Orotate because you get the benefits of Creatine Mono with the benefits from Nitrates or Orotic Acid as well.

He means don't buy it. I have never heard anyone give a positive review for creatine ethyl ester that said in plain english "it works". Monohydrate is the only one worth the money right now. If that upsets your stomach, go with a signature blend that will offer less GI distress.

Creatine nitrate - Creatine with a Nitrate salt bonded, so you get the pump effect from it as well

Creatine orotate - Creatine bonded to a Orotic Acid Molecule, so you get the endurance benefits from it.

Creatine increases endurance so to speak, so creatine nitrate would do "both" essentially.

Orotic acid just furthers the endurance aspect.

Start off with mono - 3-5g daily. If you for some reason don't like it, switch over to MCC. Controlled Labs Green Mag is an excellent choice, as is SNS MCC (pre-bed is how I dosed it).

ginger, think of it like gasoline. If 87 octane works in your car, then you don't need the 89, or 91 or 93. Some people drive junk cars and 87 makes it sputter and cough, but 93 makes it run smooth. For them, the 93 is worth the extra money.

Yeh i understand that, only reason i was slightly looking at other options is i hold quite a lot of water (might not be the creatine) and thought a change might possibly show me if it was the creatine or not... but yeh at the end of the day the creapure seems to work when i first start taking it (dont notice it working as such now)

whats your opinion on the nitrate and oritate version? gymick?

Not sure how it would be a gimmick, Nitrates are praised for pumps, Orotic Acid is praised for endurance benefits, and creatine is proven.....

can you get those with creapure just so its higher quality if the above statement is correct that is...
They are both high Quality, I've used SAN CM2 and MAN Orotine with great results.

give the different product a try and see for yourself, but don't forget to pay attention to total dosing. For example, if you are currently ingesting 5 grams per day and then you change to a product that has you ingesting 2-3 grams per day, it should be obvious that the dosing isthe issue rather than the type of creatine.

yeh thanks, im a bit confused as to what orotine and nitrate versions are... Im right in thinking the nitrate one is just creatine + some nitrates... like in san fierce domination...

the orotine however, is that a different form of creatine? or just another compound mixed in with? thanks

so in theory there just a brands reincarnation of creatine + some extra goodies?

Both are different types, each have another molecule (orotine or nitrate) bound to a creatine molecule.

Either one of these or MCC (magnesium creatine chelate) is what I would recommend. Creatine bound to magnesium.

Nice for mineral replacement as well as may be better tolerated by the GI system
