Hi Everyone...I am not new to these boards I dont post alot but creep hard daily. Scince my last show I have been focusing on my Legs. I have ran sheiko, westside, and some 5*5 splits. I would like to get some feedback from some people who know there $hit on here. What I need to work on outer, inner, hammi, a fatter ga donk a donk. I will post some pics of what my legs looked like at the start of my last prep and what they look like now. I just want to be 100% new and improved when I put my man-kini on again. So right now im gonna enjoy this full out fluff-a-thon.

Good to see you back, Joe! Legs look like they have improved a lot.....seems like both sets of pics were taken at simliar BF% but they do look NOTICEABLY bigger. I would just keep doing what you are doing!

Some light stuff hurt the back This March slowly working my way back up... i go for a massage once every 2 weeks... been stretching more and using the medicine ball to roll on... I went ham on the macros today...feels good I cant wait for mama bear to make some home cookin on thursday gonna beat some stuff shells up pretty bad..

Happy Late Thanksgivng Everybody... we decided to go Gangstagiving at my house no turkey.... $hit is to dry for me so we had T-Bone Steaks, Stuffed Shells, Coco Shrimp ETC then MAMA Bear came at me with some cheesecake I beat that up hard...
After about 8 sets of warm ups
Hack Squat
3-45's 1-25 Each side 6 sets 3 reps
Bench Press
7 Sets 3 Reps 185

Been busy as of late but still hittin the gym.... these were my last 2 days of workouts off till Sunday
Hack Squats 335 2 reps 5 sets
Floor Presses 205 3 reps 5 sets
DB FLy on Ball 10 reps 5 sets
Good Morning 5 reps 5 sets
Last Night
Hack Squat 335 2 reps 5 sets
Good Morning 165 5 reps 5 sets
DB Fly 35 10 reps 5 sets
Barbell Bench 195 2 reps 2 sets
There was a ton more but it was all 50% stuff lots of volume which I think is good for me and only in there 3 days a week resting up the other 4... Macros looked like this

Last nights workout consisted of this not gonna list everything..
Lunges with the 65 dbs
Deads 325 4 sets 3 reps
Bench Press 170 2 sets 3 reps

Deload started today... ran #29 but chopped everything in half..... dropping carbs a ton. I asked Santa for those reese cups that are the size of pies hope he pulls through..

I really do appreciate these kind words... I was never one to be known for having Legs... but after my last show I keep replaying what one person had said to me. "you looked good BUT you LEGS"... I still need MUCH MUCH work on them.... Thanks again for the Kind words.... Upper BODY is still riding shotgun
