I had it on yesterday just for some background noise and found that anyone with a decent back story or voice went to Hollywood. How Nicki Minaj is a qualified judge of vocal talent is beyond me...but that's another issue!
Nice volume on those deads Paul. Was this part of your Wave's or just something you threw in for variety?
Enjoy your DOMS!

I am on the 3's wave of The Juggernaut Method, this was the first week. I believe its called accumulation. Every set was tough but it went really well. I even did squats after.
I really am, I feel real comfortable without a belt now which is a product of this program.
Thanks I appreciate that.Contest Prep Coach

Weekend Update
Saturday Misty and I ran some sprints on the hill near my house. I was pretty sore from deads the day before so I didn't do anything full speed.
Sunday went in for Triceps\Biceps and Abs. We also did some HIIT cardio before going home. Really nice weekend, training is coming along.
Tonight is some heavy bench, Tomorrow is some heavy Squat!Contest Prep Coach

This week gets heavy...squatting 300 for triples tomorrow...no belt. Never done that before!
Nothing crazy on the sprints...just uphill work, stayed away from full speed as my hams were sore.
I hate my legs, that wins!
Thanks Tiny!Contest Prep Coach

Great night in the gym. My diet and energy has been really great lately. Bench press was really easy. I paused every rep of every set and even lost focus a bit and still had no issues. I can only hope squats go as well tonight.
Once I was done with the heavy stuff I did a lot of supersetting to get my heart rate going. I felt like I have been eating a lot of food lately. The great news is that my weight is not changing and I still have large drops during the night. I plan to stay between 220 and 225 for a while. I feel strong without feeling too awkwardly big.
Pray for me tonight, first time squatting 300lbs in about a year.Contest Prep Coach

You got this squat, no problem - visualize and execute!
As for the no belt thing, that is pretty sweet. Do you feel the belt gave you much more stability and strength in your squats? I know for me it makes a big difference when working at around 80-100% of 1RM, but there have been days I have forgotten my belt and had to go about squatting without it. I definitely felt it was more of a mental comfort and while I agree the stability wasn't as great, you can still plow through some decent squats.

I find the belt really helps with long sets and super heavy sets. Working with no belt has forced me to really focus on form.
I am just following the program.
Fine bitches, after I get all my sets I will try 315 for reps.
Bench is coming along...I want 400 in a meet this year.Contest Prep Coach

Well it was a sHit night in the gym. I could not get my posterior chain warm. All the way up to my last warmup I just felt off. Not too worry I figured last week I powered through. My second rep with no belt I had to set the weight on the rack. I thought about walking out but figured I would give it a go with the belt. Sure enough the weight flew up with a belt on. I am really going to research some methods to strengthen my upper back and make having heavy weight on my back an easier task.
I also seemed to aggrivate a strain I had during prep in my left adductor, inner hip area. I am going to foam roll and stretch it every night this week to see if I can free it up a bit. For me to squat heavy weights I need to be able to widen my stance a bit. This injury has kept me from doing that. I spent so much time on the squats and my posterior was so fried I skipped the deadlift speed work and will save it for my friday workout. Tonight is a night off. After this week I may take a deload week, and may even try this 3's wave all over again.Contest Prep Coach
