Still dealing with my left leg injury so its been tough to train legs. I am doing unilateral movements hoping that will help.

My how a year changes things.
Taking time off is something I have refused to do but if a Dr. says it will help then I will listen.Contest Prep Coach

I couldnt workout hard for about a month because of a pinched nerve which turn out to be a few! But rather have it be a month than a few months!Twitter:@teamcagedanimal

3 plates for 5...getting better each session. Leg still an issue
Leg Curl Entire stack for 6 and 5, 295 as listed
Saturday Back and Chest, Traps
Incline DB Bench
125x9 drop 95x5
Smith Machine Military Press
225x8
TBar Row
270x6
Smith Machine Shrug

Sunday Arms
Barbell Curl 135x4 drop 95x8
Skull Crusher 135x6 drop 75x10

Just some of the top sets I did this weekend. I am still having an issue with my left leg but my legs are actually responding really nicely to the narrow hack which causes no discomfort. Dr. on Tuesday so that's great. I should be hitting some PR's on other stuff this week or at least trying.Contest Prep Coach

A day at the Dr.
Went into an orthopedic Dr. last night to see about my left leg issue. I got an X-ray which showed no damage of any kind. After being examined the Dr. believes I have either a bad adductor strain or a tear of my labrum. He said its most likely a strain that I have not allowed to heal which makes the most sense since I got this issue during prep and have not stopped training since.
I am scheduling an MRI for next week and then I will find out for sure. Best case scenario its just a strain and I have to do some rehab exercises. That would be ideal!
So after that I went to the gym and hit a post contest deadlift PR of 465. Still far from my gym PR of 505 or my meet PR of 535. Progress for sure though as I didn't feel all that great and did some high rep sets before doing a bunch of 1's.
From there I just thrashed my back and traps and now I am looking forward to the DOMS.
Europa Expo this Friday and Saturday at the Orlando Convention Center. I look forward to meeting some people and seeing some familiar faces.

Great night in the gym as i was just one rep off my all time best on incline bench press. I am really pushing myself hard these days and its showing. My metabolism is going great as I am finally eating more food than I want to and losing weight. Lifts seem to be improving by the week and I feel great. I am looking forward to resolving this problem with my leg so I can continue improving all over.Contest Prep Coach
