Thanks I am working on them!
He is the widest person i have ever seen at that height...crazy in person.
Thanks
Yeah he was nice, didn't want to go there though. He was covered from head to toe.
Actually the great part about Square One is that they have lean meat. Bison is very lean compared to ground beef. Layne knows the macro's for the food their. All I know is I was starving since we got up so early and it hit the spot!

Push day top sets
Incline Bench, 225x8
Standing barbell Press, 115x6
Skull Crushers, 90x12
Side Lateral DB Raise, 30x10
Flat DB Bench Press, 120x8
Decline Situps x12
Bike Sprints 15 seconds
Not sure what the hell was going on but my pump was borderline painful last night. The incline really wore me out for all other movements but it felt nice. I am going to transition into a PHAT program using this push\pull\leg rotation.
Tonight I am going to hit legs so I can train legs again on Saturday with John Sierra.Contest Prep Coach

I've been running a push pull legs sort of power/hypertrophy split since I started prep and it has really worked well for me.
Nice change from typical PHAT split. Nice to mix things up.
Trying to work on Lat Width so high carb day is on hypertrophy pull.
Legs are my strongest point so they are only getting one day a week right now but I murder them. 16 sets quads and 16 sets hams.
Sundays - Hypertrophy Pull - High Carb Day
Mondays - Hypertrophy Push
Tuesdays - Legs Both Power & Hypertrophy
Thursdays - Power Push
Fridays - Hypertrophy Push

I am working on bringing up my quads so I want to hit them twice a week atleast, also back twice a week. Right now I am training 6 days a week because I am going to have a 5 day break from weights in March and I want to burn out a bit before I get there. Plus I love being in the gym. I like your setup though, very well thought out.

Squats SS with DB SLDL, 6 sets
Leg Press SS with Calf Press, 8 sets. Final set was drop set non stop.
Short and to the point. Working on getting my squat fixed. I was having an issue with my adductor but I have been stretching which is allowing me to widen my stance a bit, drive more without my knees traveling forward. This may take a few weeks to perfect but I think it will be worth it.
Leg Press I just went to town and made sure I took no rest. I am sore today already so that's a good sign. Progressively getting better each week and pretty happy.
Tonight is some Back\Traps\Biceps for Pull day. I will probably use tonight as a heavier night unless something is bothering me.Contest Prep Coach

Sorry for the lack of updates. Life has been pretty hectic. Overall I am in a great place. I had several clients compete this week including a bikini client at the Arnold. Everyone looked awesome and has given me some amazing feed back. I am really excited that my clients are happy with my coaching services.
Training is going great. Enjoying doing some HIIT cardio and pushing heavier loads. Saturday was legs, Sunday was chest\tri's\delts and tonight I am doing legs again just to change things up.
Only a few weeks until I hit the slopes in Colorado and I bought an HD GoPro for the trip. I am playing with the video's now. They are really cool.Contest Prep Coach

4x20\20\20
DB Lunges

Super Wide Leg Press(working on flexibility)

I did legs Saturday but had a really bad headache so I wanted to hit legs again but change up the intensity. I went super fast, no rest, light weight and just did 20 reps sets. I have to say it was nice to not have any discomfort and get my heart rate up using great form, deep squats and I really enjoyed it. Back\traps\Bi's tonight. I leave in a week for my Snowboarding\Bachelor party trip so I am getting in lots of training before I take a few days off!Contest Prep Coach
