Fun night in the gym. Pressing is really starting to come around. Both Overhead pressing and bench are feeling easier every day. Tonight is dead lifts and some hamstring work which I love. I will finish with some front squats and speed squats. I am also meeting a friend who wants to take his physique and career to the next level so I am going to see what I can help with. Saturday
Biceps and Triceps
HS Tricep Pressdown SS Standing DB Curls, 5 sets each
Cable Pressdown SS Standing EZ bar curls, 3 sets each
10 minutes stair master
Sunday
Weighted Decline Situps, 5 sets
Leg Raise, 3 sets
Machine Crunches, 3 sets
HIIT cardio. 5 30 second sprints, 2:30 between each sprint.

I haven't had too much going on but that's about to change.
this weekend is Layne's meet in Tampa where he will be squatting mid to high 600's. Also in attendance will be Adam and a bunch of other friends so I will be filiming. I will be judging an OCB show in March for Ron Parmeter. Marc Lobliner will be guest posing and I think Ryan Doris is going to be there as well so we will be training. All this year I plan to get as much footage as possible and get better a video editing.Contest Prep Coach

Squats
265x5, 4 sets, no belt
Front Squat
135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 155x8, 155x5
Speed Deadlifts
185x3, 6 sets
Seated Calf Raise
180x12, 5 sets
Leg Press
270x20, 3 sets
Well I made it through my squat sets but it was rough. The first set was by far the toughest of the 4. Perhaps my CNS was not awake yet or whatever but the first 5 sucked. The next 3 sets all had their rough moments but I was always confident about getting the reps. My back was pretty fried from those so I didn't want to do any deficit deads on this night. I am working on my front squat and it felt much better. From there it was just about doing some damage to my quads so they grow. I really miss the hack squat and might start training at LA Fitness again so I can use it, perhaps on Friday I will train there.
I also shot video of all my squat sets and my bench from Monday. I will put that all together friday before I head over to see Layne. We Rollin!Contest Prep Coach
