carried a bunch of green berets the last couple days. was pretty cool, aside from us hitting turbulence literally right when they all got to sleep(which I had to make them get back in seats), and then literally as the last guy got up, we got out of turbulence. needless to say, I know what it feels like to have 35 special forces guys completely ready to kick my @ss.

Im deployed right now and I'm on a COP. So what u eat here is pretty much the only option you got. So my diet goes off of the military. i work out pretty much everyday. i wanna shred my body fat and get lean. Right now i just take a pre work out and protein after.any advice on some supplements that could help me do that?

nothing legal will legitimately help you lose bf brah. it's 95% about your diet. maybe try and get better at guestimating the cals you are intaking

Almost got shipped out to basic training but I missed the phone call.

Background story time: Kid was supposed to get shipped when he wa at his final briefing at MEPS and opened his big dumb mouth and said he had a shellfish allergy and get DQ'd form the AF and a spot was quickly opened for a period of about 2 hours. My recruiter called me while I was at work and I could not hear the phone ring since I was mowing someone's lawn.

Then he left a message on my cell to tell my how I missed out on this opportunity. SO MANY FEELS RIGHT NOW! Getting really really discouraged.

You would choose Cannon? Are you from there or something? Why on earth would someone CHOOSE Cannon? I would take any one of those bases over Cannon.

From that list, I'd put Barksdale, Moody, Lackland, Sam Houston, FE Warren, and just leave the rest off your dream sheet.

Cannon has been a dream so far, serious. Have you been here yet? If not, the rumors and hear say is what's killing the cannon reputation. AFSOC has pumped money into the base, the AFSOC mission is badass and the area isn't that bad at all. There is tons to do within a few hours. Anything, you name it.

We used to use CTI viewer and that was decent. Basically the paper TOs, but just digital.

Now IMIS is this digital BS that you need to check mark once ****s been complied with, you have to hit next for page by page.

Brb freezing every page, brb asking the same questions over and over, then freezing again.

Oh, did I mention is freezes. Every job will add a minimal 30minutes because of it.

100% serious. There is something for everyone. The only group of people who I could see not liking this is someone who enjoys the party/club life. Then, like I said you have stuff within driving distance.

It's not the only base in the AF where you need to drive to have fun.

I've never had a bad day/weekend at cannon.

My one and only complaint it the wind.... Just don't ask me about the wind....

This is my third base and every single one had its pros and cons.
Cannons is not as bad as people make it.
