    Should I start Insanity?

    Alright well I'm 5'10" and 181 lbs. and my body fat is 20%. Right now I'm keeping a 500-750 calorie deficit and I'm losing about 1-2 lbs per week. I'm keeping high protein, moderate carb, and low-moderate fat. Along with that, I have football workouts after school every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday which includes weightlifting and HIIT cardio(vomit-inducing timed sprints and suicides). On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have boxing. I don't really even know, and can't really estimate, how many calories I burn for this. On top of that, if I start Insanity I would have to eat more to maintain an equal caloric deficit, right? So I can't do that since I don't even know how many calories I'm burning. Should I start Insanity? Or should I keep with what I'm doing right now?

    I think insanity would just be too much, with HIIT, your football workouts and boxing your body would just be way too taxed.

    Keep with what you are doing, you are being impatient. If you do insanity properly on top of this you will burn out after no more than a week. You also said you are losing 1-2lbs per week, which is the healthy range...
