Alright well I'm 5'10" and 181 lbs. and my body fat is 20%. Right now I'm keeping a 500-750 calorie deficit and I'm losing about 1-2 lbs per week. I'm keeping high protein, moderate carb, and low-moderate fat. Along with that, I have football workouts after school every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday which includes weightlifting and HIIT cardio(vomit-inducing timed sprints and suicides). On Tuesdays and Thursdays I have boxing. I don't really even know, and can't really estimate, how many calories I burn for this. On top of that, if I start Insanity I would have to eat more to maintain an equal caloric deficit, right? So I can't do that since I don't even know how many calories I'm burning. Should I start Insanity? Or should I keep with what I'm doing right now?
