Absolutely! It is a sugar free and gluten free carb source! Go for it!

Jason...there are a couple on the list above who have valid reasons for not yet starting their log, but a couple remain that simply will not contact me. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and am hoping they are just away or going through something that perhaps has sidetracked them. However, if I do not hear SOMETHING soon I will have no choice but to assume they have taken advantage of me, and I will make sure all other companies know to watch out for them.

I just posted a couple of updates to my log, was slacking a bit on my updates but have been training and have been using the Karbolyn under a few different circumstances to evaluate the product.
