Well there's no income tax here, but we have duty on almost everything imported. Rates vary, but just take a car for instance. Dealership purchases a car for say 25k then once it gets here, they have to pay 65% duty to the government on the vehicle then they add their markup so you can imagine what a new vehicle costs. I think a CR-V brand new sells for 52k at the Honda dealership so it can get pretty pricey, but it all depends on which island you live on and what type of lifestyle you want to live.

Nassau is a fukin chit hole, them cays is chill though. Water is so clear it's like glass
Rather live in Hawaii though, surfing is GOAT
