    pre-workout drink/shake recipe question

    I make my own mass gain drink/shake which I learned from here

    2 tbsp pb
    2 scoops ON Whey
    1 cup oats
    2 cups milk
    1 banana

    Can someone please teach me how to make a pre-workout drink?

    Thanks a lot in advance!!!

    will this recipe for pre-workout shake work? I just made it myself just now because I take them one by one before I workout but not at the same time

    5g of creatine
    1 cup of oatmeal
    2 tbsp of coffee
    2 tbsp of honey

    I would mix 5 Grams Creatine, 2 Grams Beta-Alanine & 200mg Caffeine in some juice for a very simple but effective pre-workout...

    Hey I'm not sure if they ship to US but this site is great for individual ingredients (Especially in bulk!)

    Edit: The site doesnt seem to be working well on my computer, but hopefully its just me.

    If they are in capsuel form just open it up and put it in the drink, if not just down them with your juice...You can also try Bvitamin complex and mix it in also.

    My preworkout:
    1 banana
    2g Beta alanine with water
    + intra I use Atomic 7
    Every time you stay out late...

    1 cup of coffee
    1 scoop of protein
    1 cup of oats
    2 tbsp of natty pb
    any supps you take- i prefer glutamine creatine and beta alanine
    and 1/2 cup cottage cheese or 1/2 scoop casein
    splenda
    can throw in a banana too or apple for higher gi carb
    throw it all in a blender 1.5 hours before workout freeze for 30min and enjoy
    ive also made it with ice blended in and skipped the freeze i know ppl will be like dude really cc but you forreal cant taste it and the slow digestion of the cc helps during the workout to ensure you wont deplete your glycogen stores
