I'd say it depends on how much muscle your packing, ATM I'm around 15% and can just see my upper abs when pumped. I'm bulking aswell... but everyone is different, I've seen some 140lb people who look around 8-12% and you cant see anything. but who cares if they see your abs or not...thats the last thing I'm thinking of.

Well it obviously depends on genetics and overall abdominal development. But for the most part I think that people can usually see the outline when flexed at around 14% assuming they have a fairly developed mid section. I have a friend who is REALLY scrawny like he is not into bodybuilding at all and never will be. He is prolly about 8% BF and you cant see his abs because he is lacking SO much muscle yet clearly he doesn't carry much fat.
Although some people carry fat in different areas more or less than others. Like me, I am about 8-9% BF and I obviously have good definition in most areas. But my abs look like I'm about 6-7% BF. So it is in some cases genetic.

Yeah BF% doesn't mean **** unless it's referenced to a weight and a height.
PR: Bench: 100kg x 1. Squat: 140kg x 1 Dead lift: 160kg x 1 (on my journey to 180kg)
