Hello everyone,
As of now I have never used a squat rack so I really don't know what I'm talking about, if this question is completely idiotic please let me know. Anyways, I'm looking for squat racks for my home gym and I came across the "PowerLine PSS60X Squat Fitness Gym Rack" on Amazon. It looks rather low for a squat rack, is it adjustable? Also, if someone could recommend a squat rack around that price range or lower that would be great too.
Thanks in advance

Here's a direct link:
http://www.amazon.com/Powerline-PSS6.../dp/B000VLKOB8
On that page, it says that the supports adjust from 30 to 60 inches. So, the maximum height is five feet which is probably high enough to function as a squat rack. (It depends upon how tall you are...)
That said, you should really look for something else. That rack has no spotting arms and is, therefore, not a safe solution.
Look for a power rack instead. Check Craigslist in your area; you should be able to find a used one that's within your budget.
You should spend some time reading the Power Rack Sticky. This will help you evaluate the various used racks that you might find.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #35
