Further Progress
I made some Weight Plate Stuts (12 of them) that I have added to the rear two pillars, facing Backwards to carry the plates.

I Immediately have more space and the whole setup looks neater. In the third image, in the background is my steel lathe and milling machine.Regards

Afternoon Group,
I admire and respect everyone DIY efforts. Unfortunately I do not have access to equipment nor the skills to use them LOL. I would like to know if someone would be willing to make a Rogue monkey bar www DOT roguefitness DOT com/x-43m-multi-grip-crossmember for my power rack.
I have a york FTS power rack.
www DOT yorkbarbell DOT com/NonCommercial/index DOT php?ProductTypeID=25&ProductID=1466
This is my first post and I can post links nor pictures. Please replace DOT with .
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards,

$12 technique plates
Wife and her sister just started lifting and I don't want them destroying my 10lb bumper plates. I couldn't justify spending $100 on some plastic plates.
Buy two of these 17.75"x1" wood rounds from HomeDepot for $5.42 each (price may vary depending on your location)
www (dot) homedepot.com/p/Unbranded-Edge-Glued-Round-Common-1-in-x-17-3-4-in-Actual-1-0-in-x-17-75-in-680435/202017011
Drill 2" hole directly in center of round. I used a 2" forstner bit but a spade bit or holesaw would have the same result. You could even use a standard drill and a half-round file if you hate yourself.
The 2" hole from the forstner bit is incredibly clean, but 2" is just *slightly* too large to fit completely snug on the bar. Going to try a layer of duct or gorilla tap through the center to tighten it up, or get a second set of rounds and glue them together to make it wider and more stable.
They weigh exactly 4lbs each. Standard olympic plates are 17.7", so these are ever so slightly larger.

I recently built this rack mounted reverse hyper attachment to use in the rack as there is absolutely no space in the gym for a stand alone piece. I had a Parabody preacher curl pad that I used and the steel, bearings, and wood were stuff I had in my workshop. I started to attach handles to it , but it works well by holding onto the uprights. It sits on top of the safeties, so it's easy to set up and take down.

Bamboo Bar - Weighs around 2kg, great for the kids with a pair of Eleiko Tech Discs - Total 7kg+/-
Inspired by the Rogue Bamboo (Bandbell) bar - Natural bamboo stick with some Adidas 25mm - 50mm sleeves on each end. Full size between the sleeves so it mimics a full size technique bar, and it is rack able.
Hand made ceramic "Ivanko" plate.
Made by one of my boys in his pottery class.

I used the camber bar with sleeves today. I didn't notice that sleeves made any any difference over the pipe on the first one I built. But having a bar instead of pipe across my back felt better, also, the new one isn't quite as rigid as the bar made from pipe. I'm happy with the new one, as I mentioned in my original post, this bar weighs 65lbs. vrs. 35lbs. for the first one made from pipe.
