How often to I work my biceps?

Quick question guys: I'm trying to develop a workout list for 6 days out of the week. I know the exercises could be in any order but what should I target and how often?

    Example:
    Monday- Arms and Cardio
    Tuesday- Legs and cardio
    Wednesday- Back and Abs, Cardio

    Etc, etc,.

So what should my workout week look like and how often should I work each muscle, please give me an example. Thank you!

Cut out the cardio/split bull**** and start full body compound lifts 3 times a week.

Well I'm going for a six-pack, with defined arms and chest (slightly bigger arms). I'm 5'5 at 164 pounds. Also just to not the weekly workout I gave was literally just an example.

I recommend 12 sets of bicep curls with light to medium weight + grunting on last rep supersetted with 10 reps of flexing in the mirror (bonus points if there are females nearby).

the title of your post is about biceps, but you want bigger arms; you do know that triceps are 2/3 of your arm right?

I've tried a few different splits in about the year since I've been to the gym but the most recent 5 day split I was on looked like this

    day 1: Legs-Abs
    day 2: Chest
    Day 3: Arms
    day 4: Back-traps
    day 5: shoulders - triceps

BUT with that being said the best way to reach your goals... in my opinion is what Axonic said 3 day full body compound lifts

BUT again with that being said you have to find something that works for you, everyones different

to be honest, it doesnt really look like a good split, not enough rest days on a 6 day/week training schedule, do about 3 or 4 sessions a week with a m-wf split or a mon tue thu fri split. on rest days, it wouldnt hurt to do cardio either
