This. It's like a 2k deficit. 4 lbs of weight loss per week (24 lbs lost in 6 weeks). Most people go into a 1k deficit at most, which would take twice the amount of time to drop 24 lbs as the UD. OTOH, you also wouldn't be hungry as ffffuuuu the whole time. There's no way in hell I could diet on 800-900 calories per day for much more than a few days.

Will a standard Life Fitness chest press machine work as a capable substitute for the Hammer Press? Hammer handles float life fitness are fixed.

...ok.
Haha yeah. Another thing that makes me rage inside is when people constantly say that they're "holding water". Son, that ain't water. You just need to diet more.
For sure...I'm not doing it, but it's not that hard to push through a few hard days of the week when you get a glorious carb-up afterwards. If you're in a time crunch and willing to put forth the effort, I don't see another way of getting maximum results without sacrificing muscle or sanity.

Someone awareme on becoming a rep...are they random posts by companies on the supplement forum or are rep searches part of a subforum in the supp section?
One of my Long term goals in the future of my lifting journey is to get sponsored one day, and becoming a rep could be a nice stepping stone, plus more motivation to get leaner.Snatch: 122

I'm back on EC. My goals got a little distorted when I decided to start OLY lifting this summer so I started hitting parts twice a week and ate a bit more to get stronger. No turning back now tho almost April.
Not gonna go another summer just wishing I was 9%.....
Last year a girl posed a fb pic on the beach and her stomach was just straight up protruding. Some guy was like damn you pregnant? She responded noon just really bloated in this pic. Lolololololol
Ohhh. What does it entail? Getting free supps and having to mail out free samples to those who ask pretty much?
This. Just yesterday someone was talking about keeping the bar away 3-4 from your shins so your knees don't get in the way on deads. We all know the closer to scraping the shins the better. They were all back rounding too. I said the closer to shins thing and he said some bro response I was just like yea...I see your point.
No point in arguing.Last edited by schabowy90; 04-19-2012 at 04:55 PM.

Have been able to keep my alchohol to a minimum but can't help but go out a decent amount in my last semester of college. What drinks are the best/least calories wise. Gin and diet tonic is great but getting old. What do my fellow cutters drink when they go out to keep damage to a minimum

Whats a good cal deficit to be at burning fat but not losing muscle mass? Is it possible to go from 16 % bf to 10% weighing 165 by august? And how many cals should I be eating?

Everyone at my job swears to eat breakfast right when you wake up, and eat every 2 hours to keep your metabolism running, meanwhile none of them workout and aren't in great shape... Meanwhile I'll wait till like 12/1 to eat, and open up with double bowls from chipolte, string cheese, and a protein shake etc.. and they all think I'm on steroids because 'it's not how the body works'.
I just stopped arguing and shake my head yes
