    Chest day too much?

    I feel like i might be over doing my chest days. I do 3 sets flat bb bench press 3 sets BB incline 3 sets bb decline 3 sets dumbell super setted with dumbell flys...

    Just to throw in when i finish all my sets ill try to go do a burnout set on flat bb bench and do 135 as many as possible and usually i cant even get it up once lmao. Just trying to make sure im not over working it.

    If i were you, i would stick to bb flat, bb incline and flys for one session...if you are just starting out there is no need to superset

    I think that's hardly overtraining, my routine consists of more exercises and is 4-5 sets eac. I'd suggest substituting dumbbells in for incline or decline press instead of a barbell to switch things up a bit.

    all you really need is incline and flat. i personally only have to chest exercises on my upper body days (2x a week) but i do 4-5 sets per exercise when cutting and 5-7 sets per exercise when bulking. you'd be overdoing it at this point if you were barely eating anything. that said, you'd be fine with just 2-3 chest exercises if you're hitting them with proper intensity. just do what feels right. and hit your chest at least 2x a week.
