    Bad farts...

    Hello, I've noticed I'm doin bad farts very often when I'm on high protein diet... Is it caused by too much protein in a diet or may it be protein supplement? I've got MyoFusion whey, seeing from the opinions and ratings it seems to be good.

    Have you guys got the same problem and have you got a solution?

    ps. My myofusion is ending, please suggest some wheys with similar price ;>

    Have you been eating pure protein bars by any chance? Those always did it to me, along with screwing up my regularity.

    I dunno about the farts, I take in 80-90g of fiber a day and I love farting (comeatmebro)


    as far as whey is concerned.. I've heard that MUSCLE GAUGE NUTRITION WHEY is the best.

    I am not eating any kind of protein bars, I heard about lactose intolerance. Milk may be the reason as well?
    I'm drinking pretty much alot of mik now days, but it was the same when I didn't as far as I remember. I'm going put away the milk for a week anyway and see .

    Please more whey reccomendations ! =]

    I have the same problem when I eat a boatload of veggies, or more than 250 gr of egg whites. Maybe it's not the food "per se", quantity counts more.

    I used to fart a lot when I started bulking and my dad would go crazy on me every time he entered my room LOL! (last week )

    It's calmed down this week though!
