The cling lasted till football started, I am at the point where if we make it then it's a miracle, if not it sucks, but I have football to hang my hat on. Once basketball season rolls around I will be well over baseball unless the Yankees make some sort of Ray Lewis "my last ride" miracle run....

We lost 2 games today.... I think we basically would have to win out, and get some help.... I guess mathematically we still "have a chance" but we really don't have a chance, thank god for football season and then basketball will be starting up (preseason) in like a month or so.... The front office better take a LONG LONG look in the mirror, and try to figure out what went wrong. I believe we scored 1 run in 20 innings today.... It's impossible to win even with the best 5 pitchers in the planet, and a bullpen full of the best relievers when you average less than 1/2 a run in F'ING YANKEE STADIUM over 2 games..... Whether it be the players you pick up, or more likely the coaching (hitting coach) we need to make some changes. It's awfully strange that you get all these free agents who hit plenty of HR's or just scored or got RBI's period on other teams where half their games were in deeper ballparks, and they come here and for the most part have been a complete bust. If the Yankees don't make the postseason again next year, Cashman has to go....

Agreed, this signing expensive old guys who get paid and don't really need to perform anymore since their set for life isn't working well anymore.... I guess GL with your Giants, you guys seem to need it this year, that O-Line is :/
Same here barring a miracle (meaning we win out and the rest of the teams start to lose and we have a shot to make the WC somehow by the final series)
I hope you have a football, basketball, or hockey team to hold you over till next year.....***New Beginning***
