Two questions, one about Whey Protein Powder, one about Creatine.

The Whey: Is this stuff alright to leave in a drink for a few hours? Like if I add it in at 6:45am and drink it at 10am, will it still be good? And can you add it in water instead of milk (what I usually ad it to)?

Creatine: To use or not to use?

Dammit that was three, I lied.

It might be good for that long, but i would just take some whey w/ me and mix it before. Yea u can mix it w/ water, and its probably better to do so right after working out, but it will taste worse, dont use too much water.

First off whey does taste much better in skim milk even over water hehe. Also I wouldnt leave protein unmixed for more then about an hour it starts to denature. Creatine is one of the few supplements that has been proven in the long term to actually do what it states it will.

If you're looking for GREAT taste with water Muscle Milk is the way to go. All others pretty much taste like crap unless fat free/skim milk is used.
