BF% Estimate and Cut or Bulk?

Posted this before in a different section but didn't get a ton of responses - since this is where the Pics are posted, figured I'd ask for some more feedback on cutting or bulking. I'm currently 180lbs, 5'10. Before pic on the left is 202lbs

16-17% BF is my guess. I would say keep cutting until 170, then reevaluate.

15% in my opinion maybe 1% either side. Tan makes you look leaner in my opinion. Definitely got mass under there.

Personally I'd cut down to 10% for summer enjoy it then clean bulk 10lbs from september onwards.

you look like you lost a lot of fat and put on some muscle mass too gjdm, id cut down another 2 percent. you look to be about 16% so get yourself down to 14 and just stay there for a while brah, till you think you got enough mass to cut.

front says 14-15 but those love handles make me wanna say 17-18. Idk keep cutting till 170 like you said, then go from there. good luck!
