in that case, I'll take your OBS off your hands. ....and OMCs
looks like a chrome bar, the end cap does not look right.. see what he says. the plates seem to fit loose on it which does not look right. I have an obs-20kg on order once they get the new knurling issues worked out.. I heard the steel is so hard they are having issues with the knurling.. there will probably be some blems in the clearance section once they do.. can't see them scrapping all those bars that have issues. Selling all my york stuff to buy more Ivanko.. wish i was in the states where these come up quicker.. picking up 2 more new 45 OM plates on friday... all my plates so far are OM do not think i want to start on the revolvers or rubber stuff.. 20 45s should be more than me and my kids will ever lift..

I want to keep my OBS and OMC plates. The guy claims to have two Ivanko bars that cost 2K, so I figure he may have both a OBS20 and OBS2ONS. I would keep the NB and sell one of the OBS20. I don't think I want any rubber plates either, no space for them and I prefer my OMCs.

Mostly in California.

Plates are 50˘ per pound, bars are $25, benches are $40, power racks are $200, cars are $5000, houses are $100,000, & clothes are 25˘.
So.... I didn't need em, but figured why not
Picked up 370lbs of revolvers, another 20lbs in VTX grip plates, weight tree, and a powertec power rack for $600. So assuming I sold the vtxs for $10, tree for $20 and rack for $300.... I paid about $.73 a lb
I'm very excited to report that I have ordered just under 1000 pounds of lightly used revolvers! They should be shipping out from California next week, and then I will pick them up in Washington and drive them across the border to Canada. I will post pictures once I get them.

You can have em shipped to my place and stored in my garage until you pick up, it'll only cost you (2)45s

Haha, I appreciate the offer
I actually get most of my stuff shipped to a small shipping company that is located about 5 minutes past the Canada/US border in Oroville, Washington. They charge $4 for most packages, and I think this pallet of weights will be about $20, so they are super cheap which is great. I then bring them back to Canada myself, and just pay Canadian taxes at the border when I declare the goods. Saves me a ton on shipping costs, and there are even some companies out there that will only ship to the US.

Ivan hooked me up.
Did you get rubber coated from the clearance section?
Anybody know the best way to safely ship an ivanko bar? My friend has (2) of these he is looking to sell and was planning to put them on ebay soon, but we wanted to research how to safely ship them first.

Mike, I would send them in PVC pipe with a rounded end cap glued on one end. On the other end I would use an adapter and a threaded end cap tightened only and taped for added security.
Does anyone see why this would not work?
Wrap the bar sleeves for protection.
Cram a sponge in the pipe, slide the bar in, then place another sponge in before screwing on the end cap.

I think this would work, you could even have some foam or something around the bar inside the pvc tube. I think some one on here got a bar shipped to them this way.

Hey if they ever become clothes hangers like the milions of bowflex's and powertec leverage machines on the eastern slopes here, I will drive over the rockies and take them off your hands and put them to good use! Hahaha

I received a bar shipped from NM before Christmas and he used a 3 inch PVC pipe with the endcaps rubber cemented on and Gorilla Tape covering the end caps. The bar came in perfect shape as I don't think it moved at all.
