    Exclamation Muscle soreness supplements

    Hey everyone,
I am new to Body Building and looking to start a healthy lifestyle to transform my body. I have worked out several times but realized after a few weeks in my body/muscles gets so sore to where its hard to function/move day to day and I would stop. Does anyone know of any supplements or anything else I can do to minimize the soreness? I know with working out there will be some tight and sore muscles, but I believe my soreness is extreme. Can anyone help!

    Thanks!

The problem is that it takes a month or two (sometimes three) before the stiff legs get tolerable. You should continue to workout when sore unless you have range of motion problems due to the DOMS. If you have normal range of motion you should try to workout, it's the best way to condition your body to working out and to get past early, intense muscle soreness.

There seems to be mixed opinion on BCAAs but it always seemed to me that they helped with muscle soreness.

Look into bcaa for during your workout and/ or after....

    It helps a bit

But since your just starting out it won't dramatically decrease soreness

Xtend and atomic 7 are pretty good tasting

I use L-glutamine for DOMS. 5g in the am and 5g before bed.

Take that for what it's worth. Even medical studies get it wrong but it seems to work for me.

1.You must have 8-9 hours quality sleep,i will recommend you to use Casein before bed
2.You need to do serious 10 minutes stretches for every single muscle you have worked on after workout for recovery and muscle relaxing
    3.Use Post-Workout supplements.
4.And drink at least 1 gallon water

The things that have helped me most...
Get some BCAA in your during your workout and right after (I got atomic 7 comming in the mail can't wait!!!!!)
Do a cool down after each workout on the group of muscles you worked...
Purchase a foam roller (one of the best investments I've made) and roll out every muscle regardless if using it or not. Use this on a daily basis, you can find lots of things on youtube for it.
Contrasts showers (1 minute cold, 1 minute warm/hot) and cold baths...(hate em, but when I get out of them, I feel like a new man

Sounds like Muscle Pharm Re-con is the type of product you seek. It will greatly help recovery and reduce that soreness. It's one of my favorite MP products. Check it out...

Yes that has been corrected. The new version is MUCH better than the old. The Orange Mango is awesome, you definitely have to try that one.
