    How many times you go to the Gym per a week?

    My friends are shocked that I go 6 days a week. It's not like that I train the same muscle daily, why would I not go then.

    Yea I go 6 as well. Have been doing this for months and havnt felt over trained at all. Deloading for the first time the week after next

    PT twice a week
    And extra cardio 2-4 times a week

    Basically train 6 out of 7 days. Most of my friends don't understand. I don't try to explain anymore, just sit back enjoy what I've got.

    Do not know if srs. Could be 5-6 days a week depending on when the rest days fall so he's saying 6/8 days.

    Depends which routine I'm doing, usually 4-6 days a week though. Will be doing 4 come tomorrow.
