Question Substituting coconut butter for WALNUTS?

Nutritionally, they are about the same fat content, per 2 tbsp of coconut butter and 7 halves of walnuts. I've been thinking about making the substitution because I always thought walnuts to be those amazing 'super foods'.
My question is, is there anything I miss out on switching from coconut butter to walnuts? Should I do it?

(Cost-wise walnuts are cheaper per ounce...)

Are you just eating coconut butter....?

Walnuts aren't really spreadable on toast.

Why not just incorporate both into your diet? Variety is important in life.

The fat from coconut butter is mainlymedium chain triglycerides. The fat from walnuts are monounsaturated and ALA omega-3. Both have different benefits. I would suggest varying. Some days or meals have coconut butter, some have the walnuts.
