Also, I really hope Marqise Lee gets a couple votes for the Heisman. 345 receiving yards today plus his return ability kept us in the game.

Yeah sucks for Lattimore. When I read the headline that his knee "exploded" I did not want to see the highlights of that game. Would hate to see this be the end of his career.

Harden trade: OKC may not be better next year because of the deal but honestly I think they made out great. Harden is far from a max guy, which is what he wanted, and they get Kmart and TWO FIRST ROUND PICKS. Meanwhile the Rockets arent going to be competing for a title and lose those picks and an affordable talent like Martin

My boys in silver and black pulled out the W. I know its the Chiefs but I'll take it. Would be ecstatic with a 6-10 record this year, that's how low my expectations are.

Ryan has clearly improved and Peyton is making Elway look really smart for "gambling" on his "noodle" arm

NY giants almost fell apart. Being a Yankee fan I'm a little upset we couldn't keep the title the American League, but was still satisfying seeing the tigers get swept so handily after doing the same in the ALCS.

Kind of fitting for the Roethlisberger haters who felt he should have been in jail for those fiascos in GA a few years back lol.

Keep in mind this is because they refused to renovate the Coliseum, both in the case of the Rams and Raiders. With a new state of the art stadium in a better neighborhood, fans will be way more willing to come out to games. The Coliseum's in a real bad part of town, trust me I've been there.

Speaking of Brees, best pure passer since Dan Marino

Depends on what you mean. I think Brees and Rodgers just make the game look smooth/easy, but Manning is the most technically sound qb. He has the passing ability, able to read defenses, and basically completely runs his offense on his own through audibles.

I don't know if you saw the game last night, but there was one td pass Manning threw and they were showing the replay and talking about how as Manning was going through his cadence he was looking to the right the whole time and you can just barely see his eyes glance to the left at the last second (just eyes, no head movement) and the whole defense went right and he threw left.

I guess my point is, the skill of that man and the way he directs the offense and fools the defense is just incredible.

No way, Jose. A single football game demolishes a player's body. That's why the idea of extending the season was horrible. Having more than one game per week would kill.
