I am rescheduling my Squat session for tomorrow. It'll probably be pretty light regardless, as I'm not feeling super great and have some knee pain. I'll Bench the day after so all will be in order. It'll also help me get some school projects done.

Our gym just got a Thompson Fat Pad, so I decided to try it out. Let me tell you, that thing grips better than anything I've ever experienced. The only problem was the fact that I had to put plates on the ground so that I could get any leg drive and it's really wide, which made it hard to open up my hips. As I got warmed up, it became easier. The work sets were awesome, probably even better than my 5s5r with 265. I'm liking this increased volume a lot. I think it's going to help me get past this mini-stall that I've been experiencing. That and Operation Monster Back/Acquire Wings, of course.
