    Yeah, I hold my air then let my abs get stretched on the eccentric then contract them hard with as little motion as possible (if that makes sense) because these are supposed to teach you to resist spinal flexion.

    Well, for starters, I've gotten a lot better at Pullups. I think my back has become a bit wider and I may have a little more speed off the chest with my Bench. I'm going to be doing some speed Pulls today so we'll see how that goes.

    Thanks man. I'm honestly not sure. I have heard of a Squat-only meet happening later this year that I might do, but I haven't been feeling very competitive.
