I've been snacking on complex carbs when I get hungry but it seems to make me even hungrier inbetween meals. What are your guys favorite foods to keep you from getting hungry?

various foods provide great satiety, yet these sources vary among individuals.
while some find oats exceptionally satisfying, like the posters above. Others may experience less satiety from consuming oats.
Broccoli, carrots and fibrous vegetables are my go-to filling foods. Try miracle noodles, too.IIFYM - Try to get most of your macros from whole foods. They are high in micronutrients and are needed to maintain overall health

I havent tried that one yet either, but im wondering what the flavor is. Carolina BBQ sauce is usually mustard based, so im def curious!
I live downtown in East Village, only been here a couple years. i saw in your blog that your rides seemed to be in north county, so I figured as much. Do you ride with any of the groups here?

I just might have too pick that flavor up tomorrow. :P
but NICE! I'm in LOVE with downtown.. used to go down to seaport village ALL the time back in the day.
And I'm honestly surprised that someone actually reads it heh, and no I'm more of a solo rider.. most of the guys that I've ridden with are older and just are more interested of riding more at a leisurely pace unfortunately.. hehe

For me things with more protein do the trick, without necessarily having to be a huge plate of food; egg whites (although scrambled up with tomato and spinach does make a huge plate of food), a piece of light string cheese, cottage cheese with natty PB or tuna and a few almonds.
If we're talking straight bulk, a big-ass salad, shiritake noodles, light soups and steamed veggies (paired with a protein source) get you a lot of bang for your caloric buck.Owner, JS Fitness Solutions

Researches show lean protein and fiber to provide the most satiety.
But, apart from this, psychology plays a big role. Personally, having something bread-y in my meal makes me satisfied, without feeling my belly stretched as hell like when you binge on kgs of salads. I thought satiety was a matter of volume, maybe it's not the whole truth, idk.Food Porn leads to less Bodyfat, study shows:

Be consistent with cardio, act like me, I skip it EVERYDAY!
Can one weekend of bad eating really ruin a week of dieting? Well, can one quick trip to Vegas ruin 2 months of saving? Same thing basically.
