Srs. Had a month and a half long schedule date and I was excited to go and FINALLY get it taken care of before summer so I could actually live my life again.

She told me I don't have gynecomastia and there is no point in me getting surgery.

I feel like I have severe gynecomastia, but everybody tells me it looks normal and there is nothing wrong with me. What the **** should I do. I want to enjoy summer and I was pretty much relying on this. I'm so ****ing depressed right now it's like literally my entire world was shot down. I was teased big time by my older brother when I was little for years, constantly and relentlessly. I think it has stuck mentally with me up until now and I just can't accept the fact that its considered normal.

Do you have a lump under your nipples or do you just have puffy nipples? Puffy nipples is just fluid building up, which is progesterone/prolactin related.

Oh no it's a lump under there. But she is telling me that it's normal. I don't have any 'excess' amount of fatty tissue under my nipple to be considered gnyecomastia. But my nipps are puffy and they do poke out. It's a ****ing btich man, and i'm not sure if I should make another appointment with a different cosmetic surgeon to see what they say about it.

You could try running Letro by yourself but the sides are pretty ****ing harsh, probably the strongest drug out there, the feeling you have when ur on the dosage ED is really hard to explain.

When did you develop the gyno, what was ur situation, were u gyming? low/high bf%? how was ur diet?

I suggest getting your E2 levels along with Progesterone and Prolactin checked to be sure.

I'm guessing you were thinking insurance was going to cover this and that's why this doctors opinion is mattering so much? Go to diff doc, complain it hurts physically or is pychologically damaging you.

Or just save the money and go to a plastic surgeon, one that just does cosmetics. Find a good one that deal with gyno or chest area. When your paying instead of insurance, they will operate because it purely cosmetic to them.

Another option is to cut down to a really low BF% and that will make what gyno you do have more noticeable. Then, walk in the office and show them what's up.
