The news will never address the real problems in this country
    -Lazy *******s who dont move
-Corporations who are in bed with the government to keep people unhealthy
-Lack of financial support for local farms, some farms are PAID not to grow healthy food.

    -Chronic stress

In moderation for you and me, honestly, no. If you lift weights regularly you're burning through enough liver glycogen.

What study do you keep referring to? The one in the video with the female doctor? If so, I would say that study will help prove increased amounts of sugar and simple carbs can lead to increased risk of heart disease, as opposed to the currently incorrect yet accepted school of thought that fat is bad for you and is a major cause of heart disease.

He would explain this and probably tried to....however seeing as the average american is about intelligent as a peanut they didn't break it down fully. watch the video before you comment... that longer one that goes in depth how the body breaks down sugars and what harmful substances are created by digesting these "foods"...

Excessive sugar, and more importantly excessive fructose, is very bad for your body.

This is a lecture by the same doctor in the 60 minutes clip. Watch if and educate yourselves.

Hmmm, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this the same doctor that got destroyed in a debate against Alan Aragon?

Obviously if you eat THAT much sugar and are sedentary your health will decline.

Sugar in small amounts isn't toxic IMO, but there are studies that show that higher your sugar intake the higher your VLDL.

I limit my sugar as much as I can, have maybe a can of soda a week. But all this HFCS is in EVERYTHING we eat so our sugar intake is probably higher than we would think unless your really paying attention to the nutrition facts.

    Cliffs:
Don't eat a ****load of sugar or HFCS and you'll be ok...common sense
