What study do you keep referring to? The one in the video with the female doctor? If so, I would say that study will help prove increased amounts of sugar and simple carbs can lead to increased risk of heart disease, as opposed to the currently incorrect yet accepted school of thought that fat is bad for you and is a major cause of heart disease.

He explains how sugar is processed by the body... and the harmful byproducts that are produced by the body having to break these sugars and sweeteners down...
He would explain this and probably tried to....however seeing as the average american is about intelligent as a peanut they didn't break it down fully. watch the video before you comment... that longer one that goes in depth how the body breaks down sugars and what harmful substances are created by digesting these "foods"...Best lifts -

Obviously if you eat THAT much sugar and are sedentary your health will decline.
Sugar in small amounts isn't toxic IMO, but there are studies that show that higher your sugar intake the higher your VLDL.
I limit my sugar as much as I can, have maybe a can of soda a week. But all this HFCS is in EVERYTHING we eat so our sugar intake is probably higher than we would think unless your really paying attention to the nutrition facts.
Cliffs:
Don't eat a ****load of sugar or HFCS and you'll be ok...common sense**New Jersey Crew (973)**
