Rumble! man I was pretty excited to see them on the porch when I got home. First thing I thought to myself was ok ok ok ok what can I go and do RIGHT NOW! LOL!! But i'm such a right handed person that i couldnt possible sit right with the world if i started something new slap in the middle of the day right? Got going this morning though, and So far so good. The BCAA's mixed well with my protein shake, The fat burner ( i know in my mind it's making me slim and trim as we speak) and I'll be downing the JUGGERNAUT HP this evening, today is Legs day.
As far as cardio. I usually do Cardio 5 days a week. I ALWAYS do it BEFORE I lift. I'm kind of one of those get your veggies out of the way first then go after your big meat (when it comes to working out) When I blow myself up i like for it to be the last thing I feel as I'm leaving the gym. So sometimes I'll even go in in the morning and do cardio before heading to the office and then lift that evening after a short short 15 minute cardio session.

Thanks hometown, today i've began my cycle of the fat burner, the bcaa's and will be using the JUGGERNAUT HP later this evening for my leg workout! I'll definately be reporting!

Your welcome man... This time I remembered to subscribe to your thread lol.. At first I was looking at around 250 for a goal weight but I think I am leaning more torwards 230ish.. I need to get a good set of calipers to get a better measurement of bf% because my LBM has bounced quite a bit from the last measurement and my most recent.

Wow Blue, Ironically I also had a goal set over two years ago that I wanted to get to 250lbs. I'm at 261.4 as of last Sunday. But I changed up my 250lb goal to try to get to 230 lbs and maybe even 225 and always give myself that 5 lb buffer to maintain. only difference is your 6'2 and I'm 5' 10 LOL Cool!!

Yeah I have a few inches height wise... Also I just want to say you have done awesome job sticking with what you have been doing. The main issue with me in the past is I could not put the beers down and right now I am my 4th week in without a single one. Again you are doing an Awesome job keep it up.. and I will be checking in again soon..

Ohh mann congrats on four weeks with no beer! I havent had a beer in a couple of years!!! Now Vodka and cranberry???? Total different story Even then, I can count on one hand with half my fingers how many drinks i've had over the last 6 months. I have to figure out how to subscribe to threads so i can get updates instead of coming back to my thread and looking up people! Have a gooood weekend bro! here's to the next 30 lbs!!

no beer in YEARS?! oh god that is commitment! on a friday evening after a 40 hour work week, a nice cold beer just hits the spot so good! but vodka and cranberry definitely sounds a tad healthier than the beer! I did find an awesome thing online called "Get drunk, not fat" that detailed the calories and sugars etc in each drink typically at a bar. Pretty interesting but I really do not drink much. I've drank much more than either of you tho! I've had 2 beers and one strawberry margarita in the past month LOL keep up the good work though, resist the beer!

The powder works well for me so far because I have used it in my protein shake for breakfast then again in my recovery shake. I actually like the powder form and am just glad it's tasteless LOL. Really you think you like the powder better? I hate drinking things! I wasn't sure if there was a difference between the powder and the pills when I ordered, but I assumed they were the same and opted for the pills because I hate drinking stuff and lingering over it. Swallow and on with the day! That's what I love about the HP too, only needs 6 little oz of water and that is FAST to drink. Are you seeing good results with your BCAA?

Russian! I think i always prefer the powders vs the pill form because it mixes and i know it will also mix well with me. Seems for some, pills dont digest as well or as fast as powders do. It's only what i've heard. So i usually use like protein powder, sometimes miralax over the weekends or off workout days, the BCAA Powder, and water or Almond milk. Works perfectly!

My first day using JUGGERNAUT- HP on Neck, Back, and Shoulders Day. I was a bit behind schedule and had company with me so I was under the gun. I used JUGGERNAUT HP prior to doing my cardio and by the time my cardio session was overwith, I was ready to go. I was energized throughout my weights workout and my stamina was awesome. I’m actually considering going with 2 scoops at least once to try it out and see what happens since I’m considering combining two workouts into one day over the weekend which will make my session a lot longer than it normally is. Hey man, I’m a calorie, carbs, and protein counting NERD! And I’ve been living a somewhat low carb lifestyle for a lonnng time and have always taken pictures of the foods I was eating just to show that there was variety and you could do it and get what you needed nutritionally. Also most of my family Is away and we often send eachother pictures of foods we either are cooking and are eating. Lol, What can I say? I’m a big man who likes to eat! If Your ever out This way, We’ll hit up the gym, Get a lil JUGGERNAUT HP in our system and then lift until neither one of us can even open the door to leave the gym! LOL Then get Someone to take pics of the insane pumps while we go get some red snapper and smoked turkey legs with cabbage and yams and Caribbean spicy cornbread LOL
