Lulz, i would like to think. But seeing people post their progress/stats on the misc makes me feel like a weak kunt.

Mr. Swift
i won't lie, its slow as fuark. but progress is progress..
seriously eat and mix up your routine some. i'm assuming you prolly did the same workout for 7 months straight. if you're progressing slower just mix up the routine a bit...
i mean starting at 25's its a good start but 50's should be a warm up. not tryna e-stat just srs

I'd say that isn't bad. I was a little slow at first and I'm still not strong but I can put the 75's up for 6 but i have made a lot of progress

pretty bad i was the same.
started out at 90, was stuck at 125 for the longest time. No clue why. I took a month off. came back benching less but progressed over it.
Also eat more? Some weeks i ate as much as i could but those strength gains man. but you get fat quick.

i guess thats progress coming from 25 dumbbells at the beginning. not sure if srs actually. keep your motivation up and continue lifting. maybe get your diet in check as well.

Everyone here is full of estats, but not gonna lie, it's not very good. I recommend looking at your diet first, that's usually where people go wrong.

Progress is progress bro, how's the progress visually though? We all know asthetics is what's important. I personally don't give a **** how much I'm putting up as long as I'm making progress visually.

i've been stuck at 80s for months. people the same size as i am are doing 100s.
some people just aren't strong or maybe it's because i'm a form nazi, especially with presses.

depends what you are looking for, size or strength? they go hand in hand to a point but you can definitely focus on one more then the other. i know alot of big guys who arent necessarily as strong as they look.

my frame is that of a female...i put on fat bulking on 2500 calories (gained like 5 lbs in a week)...i guess i should ignore that factor and just bump it up to 3000?

Depends completely on the volume and how strict your form is, how slow your reps are, how long you rest between sets, etc. It took me 8 months to get to 50's and I was doing 12 sets of 10 reps, I started with 10's.

Firefighter brah
Sometimes if I'm tired I drop down from 110's to 80's and do strict form and hold at the peaks. I often times get a better burn from that. It's not about the weight you push as long as you actually push yourself and are progressing, if not, make some changes. Check your diet and form and such.

OP (repped for progress, GJDM) gives me an interdasting question:
What's an average barbell - dumbbell ratio? For example, I feel like I DB bench okay (70s for sets of 8), but my BB is awful (1RM 230, 185 for sets of 8). Assessment, Misc.?
